1. Scope

These Terms govern every individual or entity that accesses or uses thanvuong.vn, our technical advisor chatbot, Facebook Messenger page, contact forms and other online services provided by Than Vuong Co., Ltd. (“Than Vuong”, “we”).

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and Customer Information

• You must provide accurate information (full name, phone, region) when using the chatbot or forms, and are responsible for its truthfulness.
• You must protect your device and session, and avoid sharing chat sessions with third parties.

3. Chatbot and Technical Advice

Our chatbot is trained on internal technical documents to suggest guidance on shrimp/fish diseases, pond conditions and suitable products. Chatbot content is informational only and is not a substitute for:

• PCR tests and antibiotic sensitivity results from labs.
• On-site technical advice at your farm.
• Prescriptions from a licensed aquatic veterinarian.

You must verify treatment plans and dosages with our technical staff before large-scale application. Than Vuong is not liablefor losses arising from unchecked self-application of suggestions.

4. Prohibited Behaviour

You may not:

• Use the services for unlawful purposes under Vietnamese law or to violate third-party rights.
• Post offensive, defamatory, misleading content, unauthorised ads, malware or spam.
• Overload the system, perform DoS attacks, exploit vulnerabilities or scrape data.
• Impersonate staff, partners or any other person.
• Copy, redistribute or reuse technical documents or chatbot content for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, videos, logos, trademarks, technical documents, protocols and chatbot code belong to Than Vuong and are protected under Vietnamese law. Any copying, publication or commercial reuse requires written consent.

6. Products and Transactions

• Product information (composition, dosage, price) on the website may change per actual batch. Listed prices exclude delivery.
• Sales are concluded via contracts/orders with the Than Vuong sales team and have separate warranty and return policies.
• You have the right to raise product-quality complaints under the Vietnamese Consumer Protection Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Than Vuong is not liable for:

• Indirect damages, lost profit, or lost data arising from use of the website/chatbot.
• Events outside our control (Internet outages, hosting providers, power, natural disasters, strikes).
• Third-party content (comments, reviews) before moderation.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if we believe you have breached these Terms or Vietnamese law.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect operational and legal changes. Updates take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
