Than Vuong Co., Ltd. (“Than Vuong”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you use thanvuong.vn, our technical advisor chatbot, Facebook Messenger page, and other Than Vuong channels.

2.1. Information you provide

Full name, phone number, region (North/Central/South/Mekong).
Questions, pond descriptions, and photos/videos you submit via the chatbot or contact forms.
Email address when subscribing to the newsletter.
Product reviews, star ratings and public comments.

2.2. Information received via Messenger

Facebook Page-Scoped ID, display name and profile photo — received only when you message the Than Vuong Page.
Two-way message content between you and our Page.

2.3. Automatically collected data

IP address, browser type, device, OS, referrer and access behaviour (Google Analytics).
Cookies and localStorage (tv-chat-session) used to restore chat history on return visits.

Provide technical advice for shrimp, fish and aquaculture.
Recommend products, treatment protocols and pricing.
Contact you by phone/Zalo/Messenger upon request.
Improve chatbot quality, services and website experience.
Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

Meta Platforms (Facebook, Messenger): to exchange messages under Meta policies.
Internal Telegram Bot & Google Sheets: route leads to the sales team.
Analytics providers (Google Analytics): anonymised traffic analysis.
Government authorities: upon a valid written request.

5. Data Retention

Chat history: up to 24 months from last activity.
Customer details: up to 5 years for after-sales and accounting obligations.
System logs / analytics: up to 26 months (GA4 default).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures including HTTPS encryption, admin access control, regular backups and device-level restrictions. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for protecting your own device and account.

7. Your Rights

Under Vietnamese Cybersecurity Law and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you may:

Request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
Withdraw consent at any time.
Opt out of marketing messages and newsletters.
Complain to the competent data protection authority.
